3rd DECEMBER 2021 ONWARDS
With the move to the new traffic light system our remembrance champs on the 4th of December (and any future meetings) will be effected. Mandating of events will take place in two stages:
Spectators (over 12) - must be double vaccinated to attend from the 3rd of December and show their vaccine certificate at the gate.
Staff, Volunteers, Contractors, Pitcrew and Drivers (over 12) - must have had one Vaccination by the 3rd of December (and show their vaccine record at the gate). This group will all be required to be double vaccinated before the 17th of January 2022 (and show their Vaccination certificate at the gate).
We know that this is a personal choice for our spectators, drivers, volunteers and officials, we respect that choice but please also ask that you respect that we are doing what we have to. Please do not have a go at our staff if they ask for your vaccine certificate. Please respect that we have to do what we have to do to be able to keep racing.
The "light" that Marlborough in on under the traffic light system determines what procedures will be in place as follows:
Green - No limits on events, Scan QR to enter (or complete manual contact tracing sheet) and show your vaccination certificate. Face coverings are encouraged indoors
Orange - No Limits on Events, Scan QR to enter (or complete manual contact tracing sheet) and show your vaccination certificate. Face coverings will be mandatory at public venues and encouraged elsewhere
Red - Events can take place subject to 100 person provision and 1 meter physical distancing (Multiple groups of 100 permitted subject to defined areas 2 meters), Scan QR to enter (or complete manual contact tracing sheet) and show your vaccination certificate. Face coverings will be mandatory at public venues and encouraged when leaving home.
Thank you to everyone for their understanding, lets all enjoy the rest of the season under the new framework
