MEETING CONDUCTION UNDER THE GENERAL REGULATIONS OF
SPEEDWAY NEW ZEALAND (SNZ)
Every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of spectators, staff and competitors, but motorsport can be hazardous and all persons attending this meeting do so at their own risk.
It is a condition of admission that all persons having any connection with the promotion and/or conduct of this meeting including the owner and lessees of this stadium, and the owners, drivers and passengers in the vehicles are absolved from all liability arising out of accident causing damage or personal injury to spectators or ticket holders.
Eastern States Speedway reserve the right to make any alterations, deletion or addition to the race programme.
Should a meeting be abandoned before four (4) races are completed, your receipt will act as your cancellation pass, please do not discard this. Under no circumstances will money be refunded.
Only authorised persons wearing wrist bands are permitted in the pits during racing.
